Herbstferien — Half Term

Caravan Diary — Day 167

And suddenly it feels like we're no longer merely custodians of an old wreck! After yet another day of DIY SOS at the Schäfer house (all trades in at the same time waiting for each other to finish their respective bits) we are actually LIVING in this house at last!

Caravan Diary — Day 158

It's all systems go at the Schäfer house today: we're getting a new central heating installed (hopefully one that doesn't decide half way through every other shower session that it can't be bothered!). You would think that it makes me happy - which I swear it does - however the timing could not be less ideal: I'm at home with stomach bug trying my best to keep out of the builders' hair. Ah well, should all be fine by the end of today.
