Neujahrsspaziergang — New Years walk

Ein frohes neues Jahr wünschen wir Euch allen!
Gestern war fantastisches Wetter, strahlend blauer Himmel und knackig kalt, genau richtig für einen Neujahrsspaziergang und Katertherapie. Da wir allerdings erst sehr spät in die Puschen gekommen sind, fand dieser im Dunkeln statt. Wir haben daher eine kurze Runde durch das abendliche Warwick gedreht (siehe Photo) bis uns irgendwann die Nasen abgefroren sind. Völlig zufällig hat Ghita dabei eine Freundin getroffen, die zwar in Holland lebt, aber gerade bei ihren Eltern in Coventry zu Besuch war. Die Familie hatte ebenfalls einen Spaziergang gemacht, und wir haben ausgerechnet hinter deren Auto geparkt. Gibt es sowas?


Happy New Year to you all! The weather was fantastic yesterday, a brilliant blue sky and a frosty day, just right for a New Years walk and to help clear that hangover (mainly Thea's). But having got into the swing fairly late in the day, it had to be done in the dark. We chose to do a quick turn through Warwick town centre until our noses got too cold. Completely coincidentally, Ghita bumped into an old friend who is now living in the Netherlands but who was visiting her parents who live in Coventry. They were also doing a walk and their car was parked right in front of us. What a small world this is sometimes...
