Gute Nachrichten — Mum's better!

Muttern ist nach dem Schlaganfall schnell ins Krankenhaus gekommen, und hat hervorragend auf die Therapie angeschlagen. Wir alle sind überrascht und begeistert von den Fortschritten, die sie innerhalb weniger Tage gemacht hat, das hätten wir nicht zu träumen gewagt. Ich bin unterdessen wieder auf der Insel und hoffe, dass sie sich weiter gut erholt.

Due to excellent response to treatment in hospital, my mum has improved rapidly over the last few days, the extent of which leaves us speechless and grateful. Back in the UK now, I hope she will continue to improve and returns home soon.
