Yesterday, on Christmas Eve, we got our christmas tree into the lounge and Thea decorated it. In the evening we had our traditional chicken fricassee, but since Willem was too tired and went to bed early, we saved unpacking the prezzies until this morning, unintentionally aligning with local tradition.
It is a splendid blue sky winter day and we just did a turn through the deserted town.
Now we are back home and are getting started with preparation of our dinner, roast duck, red cabbage and roast potatoes.
We wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope that you have a few relaxing days.
